Hey here, I have gone out with Horizon divers in Key Largo and they were pretty good, it was a while back though so things could change. I have also heard through divers I know that Ocean Divers in Key Largo is pretty good as well. I am going to be diving Key Largo in March and probably going to use Ocean Divers so I will try and remember to repond and let you know when I have dove with them.
