Yes, I know that there has been a hugh amount of money sunk into the lake - not only in diving items of interest but filtration equipment as well. The filtration has never lived up to as advertised but so be it. It really is no different than Lake Travis or any other Texas Inland Waterway dive. I really detest the saying but....."It is what it is". As we are so limited in the Houston area for local diving - I think the loss of even one site is a real shame. Hope the parties involved can see through it! Its about diving - sometimes that vis is great - sometimes its not.
