I just finished up our Deer season and am getting really busy at work. A little ice fishing and small game hunting will help get me to spring.

It’s been so cold here diving isn’t even an option right now. Regs would freeze up instantly. When its routinely -4 to -8 thats not good!

Yeah, I just got put into a major dilemma tonight... I have already committed to some cave diving a couple months ago. My instructor just called & wants me to drop that trip & go on a rebreather trip to Mexico.... 1. I am not the type to just drop a commitment I have already made (even though the guys going have & would drop out at last minute) & 2. I can not come up with the $ that quickly (less than 5 weeks) to go,.. it hurts.... :( I try to do the right thing.... Sigh,... I just can’t win for losing.....

I am taking my winter "hold me over" dives at Bonne Terre Mine this weekend. May try to make it to High Springs in March, as well. That should keep me sane until the "regular" season gets under way in the spring.

Bonne Terre is only about 5 hrs from me. Never dove there. Unfortunately I just can’t justify spending $$$ for a guided dive. Let me know what you think about it.
