Yea, that looks like what I got when I tried to download a picture that was too large. I have never had a problem since when I size my photos down. I just make the long side of my photo 1000 pexels.

Is there a way to do that with Explore or do I need to get a photo software to run the pictures through?

Yikes, You should but now I do not know. Go to your pictures and look under the preview tab. My computer came with Quicktime and Adobe 6. which both will do it. I hope this gets you there cause this stuff should be simple. I hate pulling my hair out. Tim

You will need to use an image editing program to resize the photos first. Microsoft Paint will work...or you can download the Paint.net for free, it also has the option to resize photos and save in .jpg format.
