Got back from Australia last month. Dove the outer reef with Quiksilver tours. Pictures on Flickr - it was a blast. Pictures all from 5-11 meters. The tour leaders were great, and the whole experience was really comforatable. I`ll copy some from my journal later

I really enjoyed diving in Australia, they are spoilt for choice. Next time you go to Australia do yourself a favour and dive Ningaloo Reef from a town called Exmouth on the Northwest coast of Australia. That was the best dive I have ever done. The floor was blanketed with fish, including turtles, octopus, sea snakes, black tip reef sharks and a number of different species of fish, all this in no more than 10 metre with excellent vis. If you go in the winter months you stand the chance of seeing Manta Rays and Whale Sharks.
