Went on a shark dive while in Roatan. Highly recommend this one. It was $75.00 but worth it. The site is a little bit of a tough entry, but once you find the down rope it is pretty simple after that. You go down to 70` and the dive master brings down a bucket of super shark food and they the black tip reef sharks start coming in. There were over 20 sharks and we spent about 30 minutes watching and even got to swim with the sharks. I was mesmerized and could watch them for hours. They are so effortless. After a feeding frenzy they all went back to swimming around and finally moved off. Large grouper and other fish are around hoping for a morsel. There is a local photographer filming the dive and you can get a copy for $50.00. Fortunately, my dive buddy has a video camera and shot a wonderful video for us to remember our trip by.
