Thanks for the heads-up, JT - My first stage is a Titan, but the serial number is not not in the recall range. Lucky me, I guess.

The information your blog links to is dated September, 10, 2008 - that’s Wednesday.

AquaLung is a DiveBuddy.com member, who created an account on September 4 in order to post an advertisement about a new women’s Buoyancy compensator. I have no objection to manufacturers, retailers, and other non-divers from becoming members, but I expect them to use their membership for more than free advertising to our 8000 buddies. In this case, AquaLung should have passed along the first stage regulator recall to all DiveBuddy.com members. That they failed to do so proves that their only interest in DiveBuddy.com is to push product. Sure won’t be on my buddy list.
