Certified April, ’76 at Monterey, CA. I have around 300 dives in my log book, plus at least that many before I started actively keeping record (really). Lots of diving off the CA coast, of course, with many trips to the Carribbean, Mexico, Bahamas, Bonaire and Palau (1). I was an instructor in CA before moving to Omaha, the SCUBA capital of the midwest. I am spending the summer near Augusta, GA, hoping for some diving in Thurmond Lake. Not the Carribean, but sometimes ya just gotta get wet or the ol’ gills start to dry up.
