Hello, my background in the diving world started in 1964 in England, and continued with my joining the British merchant navy in 1966, first trip was to Las Palmas canary Islands, I was hooked big time this was on board the Queen Mary, serving time on other ships I was able to dive all over the world finishing in Bermuda, I lived there for 11 years, I dived with Harry Cox, Bill Gillies author of Reefs, wrecks and Relics, page 28 my claim to fame lol. upon arrival in the U.S.A. I did some Lake and quarry diving, sorry to say this got boring after a couple of years, and have not dived since, I still swim and I am getting the itch to dive again, but it probably will not happen. It would be nice to share some stories, my first regulator that I owned was a siebe gorman merlin mark 5 twin hose, even after owning several other regulators this was my favorite, sold all my gear in the early 80s wish I had kept the siebe gorman,I cant believe the price it would be worth today, thank’s for letting me join I’m looking forward to hearing from your members Dave,
