Greetings fellow SCUBA enthusiasts. I’m stuck in the Utah desert and miss blowing bubbles in the water. I’m eager for some diving and would love to hear what’s happening in California or Florida, I haven’t been diving at either of those locations and would like to go. I’m curious about any COVID restrictions. I just returned from Mexico and it was amazing, very safe but not so restrictive that the trip didn’t appeal to SCUBA travelers.
