I’m a Padi Certified Divemaster with 445 dives over the past 12 years.

I learned to dive while living in Southern California, but the majority of my underwater time was spent in British Columbia where I worked as a research scuba diver and writer for the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Science Centre.

I’ve been living far from the ocean in Toronto for the past 5 + years so the diving pace has slowed some and I’ve had to make do with vacation time in Roatan, Hawaii, Costa Rica and Bermuda.

I’m about to set off for a year-long trip that will take me to Australia, New Zealand and Asia. I’m hoping to make up for lost time.
