Brad from Dunn NC | Scuba Diver

Loading...
Brad is an instructor for the SEAduction and at 39 years of age has the most diving experience of our three excellent instructors. A former Navy diver whose diving career began in 1988, Brad has certifications through PADI, SSI, NAUI, ERDI, and IANTD since certifying through SEAduction in 1995. Brad is also certified in Boat Diving, Deep Diving, Dry Suit, Equipment, Navigation, Nitrox, Night & Limited Visibility, Search & Recovery, Spear-Fishing, Stress & Rescue, TECH XR, and Wreck Diving. Like all of our instructors he is also certified as an equipment repair technician making the SEAduction staff one of the most versatile on the East Coast. Professionally, Brad is one of the founding members of the Sampson County Dive Team, and the team is proving very successful in its first year of operation. Brad has wide range of scuba skills that has proven to be an asset to the dive team, his students, and to SEAduction as well. When not fully submerged he is in perpetual search of the “Margaritaville” life as a full fledged Parrot Head and can be heard enjoying the sounds of Jimmy Buffet. Son of a son of sailor is a perfect song for this big man with a big laugh and bigger smile. Give the shop a call to ask any questions you may have and if the phone is answered with a “What’s up mon?” you’ve got Brad.

The Navy Diver is not a fighting man, he is a salvage expert. If it is lost underwater, he finds it. If it’s sunk, he brings it up. If it’s in the way, he moves it. If he’s lucky, he will die young, 200 feet beneath the waves, for that is the closest he’ll ever get to being a hero.
