I can’t tell you the differences as I haven’t been to both, but I’ve heard the quality of diving is relatively the same.
I’ve done both charter and shore diving. It was all good. If you happen to take a charter to Klein Curacao and find a pair of sunglasses while diving, they’re mine (lost em somewhere between the charter boat and shore). I don’t need them back as I have another pair, but it would be interesting to know if they’re found.
