As a female scuba diver, do you use a BCD designed for guys OR do you use a BCD specifically designed for girls? Please comment whether the different styles really make that much of a difference.

[Choose #2] Aqualung Diva....I tried to tough it out with the men’s BCD’s but sooooooo not shaped like a guy. It was super uncomfortable. Found a discontinued model at my dive shop. It was the cheapest BCD I’d seen and it fits like a dream!!!

[Choose #2] I have a Aqualung Pearl i3 - best thing I ever bought. My chest is especially happy at not being squashed by uncomfortable straps.

[Choose #2] I have the Oceanic Hera and I really like it much better. The fit is perfect and very comfortable.

[Choose #2] I use the Aqualung Pearl BCD. It’s very comfortable and since it doesn’t have the chest strap release its a lot better than a regular BCD

[Choose #2] Scuba Pro Lady Hawk. Fits a small woman, meaning 5 foot with a small frame, great! Yes, for me, the gender distinction does make a difference, especially as one with a bunch of injuries from my days as a professional Jockey.
