When did you want to go? I have people at the shop always looking for fun beach dives and where better to dive then next to a good restaurant that serves good food after the dive!

Hey Fitzsj9, I’m new to this forum but I’m also looking for a dive buddy to dive with. I live in Coram and have access to Cedar Beach in Mt. Sinai if you’re interested in diving there. I just recently got certified about 2 weeks ago and looking to find a few people to dive with. I can also get access to the Ronaoke barges out east. Let me know if you or anyone is interested in perhaps getting any shore dives planned. I’ll be away camping the weekend but Sat. July 21st might be an option.
If there are any LIDA members here, there’s a ponquogue bridge BBQ and a memorial Dive on 7/22.

I would be interested in diving the west jetty at Mt. Sinai if you have access to that side. If not I could kayak over to that side from Cedar Beach. Roanoke is a nice dive too, have not been there in years. Let me know when you are planing to go.

Doens anyone know this site very well? can we dive there at any time or there are some tides etc and we should enter the water @ specific time?
How is visibility down there? does it worth the trip from NYC to Bayville?
