Hi everyone, I need a little imput on a dive computer. Is anyone using a Scubapro Galileo wrist mount computer? I need to upgrade my old Atmos 2 and my LDS gave me a fair deal on this but I’ve never seen one on a drive trip before. Thanks for any help, Bob

I love the functionality of the Galileo as it as a great computer. I almost bought one, but upon testing it found that it was a real PIA to put my gear on with that giant computer on my wrist. I ended up with an Aeris Epic small watch size computer instead that never gets hung up on my straps. Just something to consider.

I thought about that also but because of bad eyes, I like the fact that you can enlarge the display.

Yes, it’s perfect for bad eyes. I bought my father-in-law a Aeris Atmos and he can’t even ready the darn thing. I can’t take the computer back so I’m getting him a prescription mask lens this Xmas, once I find one :-)

Hey Rich, I had a problem reading my computer so I had prescription readers glued into my mask. They work great and these people did a fantastic job. Check them out. http://www.prescriptiondivemasks.com/

Another place for a prescription mask is SeaVision. I got mine from them and love it.

I changed the mount to a lanyard style and placed in on a retractor works great and no hang ups on the wrist
