I keep mine on an excel spreadsheet that allows more flexabiliy than anything I could find out there. I do not like scrolling through pages or need to run a report to see that which I am looking for. I can sort dives by pleasure, training or student; type equipment; and more. it works for me and is on my PDA phone as well so its always with me :-) Even have digitial dive tables in case a students ’forgets’ theirs.
