If you are on good terms with your local dive shop, they in some cases will gladly take good used equipment for anywhere from 20-50% commission, but also offer them to accept payment with store credit when sold. I had found them to be very receptive to that, I have had great success with that, and currently have a couple suits from my kids sitting at a local shop as well as 2 bcd’s at a local shop in Key Largo, most of it is like brand new, I have it set up on a deal that proceeds go on store credit. I have never had luck with EBay or craigslist, it was always a problem or at least more trouble then worth.
