"It’s a Dive" is a Key Largo operation. If you want a good charter in Key West then go online and check out Southpointe Divers and check out Captain’s Corner. I’ve been out with both and they go out to the deep wreck as well as the reefs and they give good service. They are around the corner from each other and there are at least 6 restaurants to have lunch if you plan on going out for both the am and pm dives.
