I am certified through NAUI and my instructor said that they would not rule out someone with diabetes. Again!!! It depends on the instructor. My wife is borderline diabetic and my instructors are still trying to get her to take the course. Forget the crap that PADI or NAUI is better than the other. Focus on the instructor, afterall...your life is placed in their hands.
