Bogue Inlet the high tide and low tide chart, we can see that the first low tide was at 6:36 am and the next low tide at 6:30 pm. The only high tide of the day was at 12:32 pm.
Ok I understand now about waiting for the high tide time to arrive because the current in ends then in what’s called slack time, which lasted a short amount of time before the current flowed out of Inlet.
