Anyone been diving there??? Any input on your experience is appreciated. Thank you!!!
I have not dove PR yet, but I am scheduled to dive the Mona Passage in the summer of 2009 from the S/Y Juliet.
My understanding is the further away from the islands the better the diving.
I’ve looked into resorts there and really didn’t see much as far as land based resorts are concerned.
I met a guy who was from there that indicated the diving can be very hazardous in select locations around the island.
In the past six to ten months there has been a great deal of chatter surrounding PR and the diving there.
It just might be that it’s the place to be right about now.
The flights in and out of San Juan are easy, passports are not necessary, and there are some very nice hotels I’m told.
