Here in Washington we are on the Columbia which can be a fairly decent dive depending on how much water is being released. Even then it is fun to "fly" around on the bottom. Vis is never too good but you can at least get wet. And after all, isn’t that what it’s all about. Almost wrote, Allah Bout. (I think he’s the boxing God)...
