Wow never seen that down here other then restricted or guided cave sites. See more problems with politics (the good ol boys club) then anything else. Lots of OW only divers down here. I stopped worring about what kind of card someone has years ago. The only thing i care about is that someone is a competent diver. Have met several over the years that were full cave certed that should be nowhere near a cave or the water. There are so many sites down here that are unregulated that anyone can dive regardless of cert level anyway. Within 20 miles north of me there are 48 sites that i know of and im sure there are springs we havent found yet. There are several WMA north of us and for 3$ we can dive any springs we can get too. Love my Jeep!! Alot cheaper then the boat and i get seasick anyway.
