For what it’s worth... There are tons of divers at that location. If you don’t pick up a partner ahead of time, you’re like to find some on location. I really should get over there and be that friend, but have plans that weekend. We’re only 2.5 hours away.
A second suggestion... Use the time to get a Buoyancy Certificate. That’s the single greatest training I’ve had so far. Pays dividends in raising skill and making the dives more relaxing!
