CoCo View is one of the best resorts on the island but it’s in the middle of the island on the south side.
The only thing that is on the east end is gobluecentralamerica.org/content/camp-bay-beach-d...gbcFA6F7731D8F7B4B86 and no one has posted a dive report with them and there is only one dive site listed on the east end so that may be a problem.
The other main resort is AKR and they are on the north side again in the middle, since these two have been there forever and got to chose where to start I’m guessing that’s where they found the best diving.
I’ve been to Roatan 4 times and never dove or drove the east end
