I dove West Palm Beach 3/19 ( Blue Heron Bridge Night Dive) and 3/20 Boat Dive ( Bath & Tennis, The Trench Sites) off of Pura Vida Divers boat the Serina. Check them out , they are a good crew.
All ready have scheduled 8/9 - 8/12 diving BHB slack high tide with permits, with day boat dives 8/10-8/13 with them.
