I have only seen a few that dive shops carry. None of them were worth spending money on, just to general. When I asked about the dearth of such books I was told that the industry really only wants well qualified technicians working on equipment because of the life and death nature of the sport. Apparently they think amatuers have a bad habit of not doing everything exactly by the book which can lead to problems.
