My goal of this group is to meet local divers and get to know the area while having fun and improving my diving skills. I’m fairly new to diving and I don’t know anyone that is into it. I’m pretty sure, like me, some of you feel the same way.
I am open to suggestions. I was thinking we could start with Dutch Spring. Then Jersey shore and so forth.
My ultimate goal of starting this group is to eventually do diving trips together to exotic and amazing places. Since I don’t know anyone that likes diving, when I go diving I do it with people I don’t know and somehow it feels a bit awkward and I don’t feel as open as I’d like to be. So having a group where you know each other can make it more fun and more safe because you also learn how your partners behave and you will know if something is wrong right away.
