16 tanks?? i dont think id be worrying about getting All 16 done right away, its not like you can use them all in 1 day! a cheaper alternative,,sell them all and buy 2 new 1s as they come hyrdo’d and will be ready for use, ass Lat said the FD might do it,, but could be a liability for them, our FD has a contract with a welding/gas supplier, which they do all the SCBA, also not knowing how old the tanks are an when the last hydro was done and interior condition, if a tank needs to be rolled, theres a added cost etc,, good luck
