I have been using a VT3 on my wifes equipment for about two years. To be really truthful the distance that the transmitter works is a bit limited and it will frequently lose signal. I usually find it easier to just ask her for her reading. Hopefully, Oceanic has improved on the signal stregnth. The transmitters used to be about $400.00 - which is a little expensive for the amount of convenience that they offer.
