As a scuba instructor for multiple orgs, and the web manager for Brunswick Scuba, our staff and I looked into this. We were granted access to review the cources in a couple of these sites an found the items dated and some of the links non operational. Additionally when we contacted our certification agency, NAUI, PADI, etc. each said that they would NOT accept this as training.
We had a brief link to these on our site and it was removed as soon as we discovered these facts. Do yourself a favor and find an instructor that has a passion for diving and is willing to go the extra mile to share that passion and knowledge.
