I have to agree here that maybe you should stop and think about this before doing? Diving is a great adventure but not worth your life because you can`t take some time out of your schedule to attend the classes and be properly trained. In my experience most dive shops & trainers will try very hard to work around your schedule as reasonable as possible. So do yourself and your future dive buddy a favor and get properly trained.
