I can do 17 degrees... Iy drops to 19 out here in the winter so if I wear my wooly socks (on my feet, hands and head) I’ll be ok!
A good mate (Tony Reed) is on here. He lives in or around Exeter area. I don’t know how much he dives, but he will be able to point you in the right direction of some clubs and pubs :oD
