Hi Nicole, it is quite cold in December and January. But if you need a good tip for a Liveboard to to Golden Dolphin and ask to be on board either with Tom or Birgit, they are friends of mine and the best people ever :) And I just booked Palau, I’m off on the Paradise Dancer...can’t wait. And you enjoy Egypt! For me it is not that far away, it is only a 4 hours flight and it is beautiful!
