I have had both, very good and very bad experiences with multiple LDS’s. There is only one LDS in this area and, unfortunately, most of the time, they act like they are only LDS in this area. Since they are such a large internet dealer also, they don’t put much stock in the local customers. So, because of the way they treat the locals, most of my group, and another large group in this area, do most of our shopping online. And we never feel bad about doing it.
Bottom line is: It’s my money. You want my business, then show me you want my business. I’m not saying give stuff away, lose money or anything like that, all I ask is that you treat me like I am a valued customer when I’m in there. If you act like I "owe" you my business because you are the only game in town, then I will go elsewhere without a hint of remorse.
