If you dont dive anywhere else, make sure you check out Honolua Bay (depending on conditions) exposed to north swell but otherwise very easy and amazing amount of life there unlike almost any other dive on or around Maui. There is a short hike/walk from where to park car to entry makuleia and then you can dive all the way around the point into Honolua. Here is a good resource for best Maui shore dives.
