I am also unable to upload a profile pic. The "Browse" button is "greyed out" and I can’t click on it... Well actually I can click on it all day but nothing happens. :-) I did point at the browse button one time and it lit up for a split second but went grey again.
I am using the newest version of Firefox and have also tried IE.
