I was just there, posted on http://www.bonairetalk.com/forums/index.php and met up with divers from several countries and the US. Last year did the same and dove with over a dozen people from all over. You may be able to meet up with someone where you’re staying, some of the places have a chalkboard at the dive shop you can post on when you’re there.
