I’ve been following this story on another board. I like the part where the developer claims the two dive sites in the direct path of the channel were not there until he proposed this. They were buoyed in 2002!
In addition to digging up the reef which will silt out the rest of the dive sites it will destroy 56 acres of woodland.
There is nothing good about this proposal
