West Palm area has some great boat dives all drift dive and Lauderdale by the Sea has some super beach dives. Both these areas are much more weather tolerant...you should be able get some dives in unless the wind are really blowing Another place, Phil Foster Park under the Singer Island Bridge (West Palm) will be clear when most of the other areas washed out.
