I got the cookbook, but have not tried any of the recipes yet. So far, I’ve gutted, scaled, and pan fried the yummies and put them atop jasmine rice. Lobster season will be over soon here, so I will be more intent on capturing Lion fish after lobster season and will try out the various recipies.
