i use the stock hoses for my Computer and Octo-Inflator as they came the correct length for my rig right out of the box and sit close to my body.
i do use a 7’ hose on my regulator as this allows me to keep the hose tight to my body and avoid the Big Loop over my right shoulder. the 7 footer also makes buddy breathing easier as when i’m sharing air i can keep my buddy at a safe distance with them on my primary and me using the Octo-Inflator. the only thing i did add was a retractor to my mouth piece as with this configuration, and the flexibility of the MiFlex hoses, makes regulator recovery much easier.
