They switched things up that day I guess. They used to take everyone back to the shop to sort out gear. I get my own transportation to the shop so that I can sleep in a little. You gotta love seeing the eyes on some of the motorbike taxis when they see how big there fare is and he’s carrying a full dive kit. I always feel like I’m going to have to push them up the hill if we go by the big Buddha.
I’ll be doing a car rental for my entire Nov trip so maybe I’ll shoot to Koh Tao for a couple of dives if your there in November. The ferrys not far out of the way of a Pattaya to Koh Lanta drive. We could make an afternoon dive boat and return to Chumpon on the morning ferry the next day.

This is friggin’ comical. Yeah, that was me. Too bad I missed the invitation. They are quick to pick you up and take you back to your hotel though. I’m thinking of doing my DM course out there in Koh Tao. Maybe trying to work remotely at night and DM during the day. I’ll have to see how things pan out as they get closer to that time of year with November being our busy season.
Have a great trip out there though. Wish I was going. Nothing but cold Atlantic here.

Did you and me dive off the same boat in Pattaya Thailand in May? I can’t tell for sure from your picture but you look familiar even with the mask on. If it was you I was going to ask you over to the townhouse to help me with some blue lable I had in the cabinet but you left right from the pier. I’ll probably be doing Koh Lanta in Novemeber if that would fit your schedule. Maybe Bali or Australia for March if I’m still employed out here.....Take care Tom
