Hello. I have friends living in Honduras near San Pedro Sula, they just got custody of 10 orphans last month. They are in the rural areas, but tell me the overall situation is stable. The state dept will tell you not to go to most other countries that are considered 3rd World because instability can pop up anywhere, i.e. Honduras. I know that right now, things are somewhat safe, but I hear the US is pressuring Honduras to allow the guy back into power. The Honduran people do not like that at all and are protesting Obamas request for him to be reinstated. Wish I could tell the future, but it depends on whether the guy comes back into power or not. If he should, I expect some rioting and potential danger in the city areas. Not sure about the bus thing, I would imagine they are running today as things are still in limbo. I will keep you updated on what I hear from the ground if you want, just message me.
