i have a friend that owns a B&B in Laguna and i was thinking about making a trip out that way in May. what type of diving is popular? can non-residents take lobsters?

Hi,
We do shore dives here in Laguna Beach.
More popular sites are: Showes Cove, Cresent Bay.
Average visibility is 15-20 feet.
When you are here, let me know, and I can dive with you.
Also Catalina Island is very close.....it is wort the trip to dive there too.
