 Diventures latest aquisition

My local DS just sold to Diventures. They were looking to sell for a few years after 42 years in business. I got to attend a meet and greet for dive pros, employees and subcontractors. The shop was a NAUI shop but now it will be SSI. That’s fine as the old owners will still be running the shop for at least a year. Just looking for what other divers experiences have been with Diventures and the shops they have acquired.
Did your shops service, training, and or merchandise change much? Better or worse?
I’m looking forward to the future changes with a new building being built that will have onsite pool.
I’m so happy that they got it sold so it will stay open. The next closest dive shop would be about a hour drive.
