"Belmar’s website and it states that parks are still open" well the trick is to get in before they change their mind but it’s kind of early for the critters :(

I’d make the trip to Maclearie Park, Dutch Springs is out 7ntil at least mid May.

Sorry for the late report. Did make it out; park was open. Unfortunately the ambient temp was 34F, and the water temp not much warmer. Not a big deal with a drysuit; but the winds were 15g25kts out of the north and viz was less than 18 inches.
Will do a better job at predicting the weather next time; as it does look like a promising spot.

Uncertain. When my head hit the sea floor due to the poor viz, I could hear them chuckling at me; but was unable to tell if they were cloaked or not.

I went there yesterday for the first time. Water was 50 degrees. Visibility was only a few feet.
