I would love to do that. I have been doing that dive solo the last few weeks.
Trolley, Cars on the wall, East to the old plane on the shelf, Tanker, around to pumphouse, along student side to bus, island, Comet, then out. Of course that was with the scooter. If we’re swimming it, we can just do the first half or whatever.
I was sidemounting most of the year, but the past month I’ve been doing doubles with 1 stage. I can go either way this week to match whatever setup you’re using.
What time do you want to go?

Thank you for the response. My fiance, who can’t dive this weekend, and I have looked for the cars on the east wall, but don’t know where they are. If you could show me that would be great. I don’t have a scooter and I’m not the fastest swimmer. I also have an Aquatica camera housing for a Canon 5D III and would happily shoot some photos of you if you wanted or we could just explore. I’m okay with deco or non-deco dives. I just completed my deco certification this summer with Roger Williams and have only done nine deco dives total. If you want to do deco dives, that’s fine, I’ll just have to get my 40 filled. I only have 950 PSI right now, which isn’t much for contingencies and ending with 500 PSI. If we don’t do deco dives I won’t bother getting it filled since this will probably be the last time I dive this year and will have everything visually inspected at the beginning of the year.
If you would like I’d be willing to dive on Saturday and Sunday. The guy I was going to dive with on Saturday had to cancel. I also don’t know where you’re coming from, but I was going to find a motel for Saturday night if you wanted to share a room.

I have plans to dive with another guy from here on DiveBuddy.com tomorrow morning (Sat) from 8 to noon, so you are welcome to join us. In fact, that would be good, as I have to leave at noon and he may want to do another dive with you after I leave. I don’t think we will go to the deep end tomorrow, but you and I definitely can on Sunday.
When I go out to the cars (95 ft most of the way), I usually end up with some deco to do, but if I come up to some shallower stuff on the way back it usually reduces by the time I actually get to 20 ft (i.e. actually decoing at 60, 50, 40 ft. during the second half of dive). The last few times I had to hang out at 10 ft for a couple minutes, but no big deal.
I’ll dive either backmount 72s with an AL30 or just 2 sidemount 85s with no third bottle, so plan accordingly.
I live 5 miles from DS, so I don’t need a room. If you do come out tomorrow morning, or whenever we meet Sunday, you will find me in a black GMC Sonoma with a rack and a cargo net in back. I’ll be someplace on the peninsula side.
