The Texas A&M lab that stole fish from BHB is proud of their work :(

For those of you who haven’t heard, 3 or 4 divers depending on the source spent 8 hours a day for a week collecting a truck load of marine life to haul back to a Galveston Texas aquarium.

These are the divers; roneytanlab.com/people.html

FWC was called and found the lab had permits to collect at 3 locations but Blue Heron Bridge being an easy dive that "had" a lot of marine life they just stayed there and took it all :(

Their website list other sites they’ve collected from, most like BHB are parks where collecting is not allowed but they do :( roneytanlab.com/news.html

There is now a petition at Change.org to stop this collecting in protected parks.

Who ever issued the permits is mostly at fault here unless they had a restriction on the amount. Very sad that they may have taken advantage of the situation.
